I am made to feel very welcome by an efficent and very friendly Carl....nothing is too much trouble for him at all and he is courteous, skillful and feeds back to me on progress if I am waiting, he shows intiative when I have queries and gets me answers as fast as possible. Such a wonderful supportive person. All staff have an impeccable professional manner. I have been to other showrooms and here at Stockport, I really matter! No matter what the problem, Damien and his team in service and techs do a top class efficient job from booking in to completion. I feel totally at home here and would highly recommend this branch for their care and attention to detail. A real solid workforce who clearly work together as a team in totaly unity. Damien the Manager has a great deal of skill and experience, personality and strength of character to have developed a team like this. He is a unique and very real, genuine man who is extremely personable. This branch is a rare find with staff that make this place a pleasure to be in.
