As a Motability customer, I find Lookers Skoda very easy to deal with. I have a Skoda Karoq that handles quite well, but is a little skittish on the front end in the wet. This is the only complaint about the car itself that I have. Lookers staff are polite and well trained, especially Carl who I dealt with on my last visit a few weeks ago. Well done!

Easy to navigate , and straight forward. If I had any thing to comment about , it would be the speed of confirmation of appointment could be quicker. I submitted my request, but got no acknowledgment. Leaving me wondering if my request had reached its destination? I bought my car from Lookers in 2013 and I have visited annually since then for service and Mot, and rectification of faults. On almost every visit, I have found the procedure flawless.

Simple ans quick to use. Waited for my car and was done quickly to save me waiting to long. Friendly staff and was even offered a desk to do my work on. Bonus also the nice coffee and biscuits.
