When we arrived no one was on reception to direct us to the person we needed to see. Everyone looked busy but eventually we asked someone who directed us to our salesperson. After that it was fine. Not a good start for someone who was spending £27000 with your company!

Easy to access from email when checking in, kept fully informed by email and sent a copy of service record Friendly efficient service from Niall Martin, no waiting around, car ready ahead of time and returned cleaned and valeted. Everything fully explained and made to feel welcome.
