Because the cc on the job sheet was 1.0L when it is actually 1.5L and when I made the booking the call handler thought my car was an Octavia when it is actually a Karoq.

I had tried to book the service online, but failed. However, when I telephoned to book in, I was made aware of the service plans and took a two year cover out. I was very happy with my service and the way I was treated by the service department. I did not have to hang around and was kept informed of progress, so that I was able to get on with my day.

Shaf and Carl in servicing were excellent in dealing with me in the showroom when checking in my car and collection after the MOT and service. The video of the car whilst on the ramp was also good and useful to see the check up of the vehicle.
