Staff were very helpful and it's not their or the vehicles fault that we decided not to purchase a vehicle. Still hoping that a £250 deposit will be refunded : update on 1/2/24 £250 refunded to bank account, thanks guys

Niall Martin was my point of contact whilst waiting for MOT and service. Kept me informed and brewed 2 x fantastic proper cups of tea for me while I waited. Niall has previously assisted me and is an absolute credit ro Lookers. With many small Skoda franchises having been bought out its good to see a regular friendly face. Thank you Niall

Removed 2 stars as the online check in didn’t work for me All good regarding service. My only critique would be previously at the Manchester lookers before it closed, there was always a car wash done which of course I understand is complimentary but it was a nice touch
