Josh Taplin delivered excellent customer service our hand over was delayed and we were given a courtesy car and then Josh delivered our car at home personally this is what I call going the extra mile

Good reminders and details matched. In the past I've had issues with the booking not being registered and the wrong location being input but this time it was flawless. Niall was very helpful and supportive, he really helped to advise and reassure me and definitely went the extra mile to help me. Service was timely and thorough.
