Taken more time to slowly explain the vehicle functions to an OAP not very good with modern technology. Only one key, limited access to the cars systems, had to repeatedly chase the dealer ship for the second key, only found out hey had it when I called in. The info cluster demo was very poor, the salesperson was new and did not fully understand the unit, when trying to show me things I had to continually slow him down so I could grasp what he was trying to do, some of this was trying to work it out for himself. The Skoda connect was not an easy job and by now the salesperson seemed to be getting annoyed. We left it there and I will try and work out what is what.

There was an issue regarding the paperwork which was resolved but took longer than should have been necessary. Credit to Miguel for handling it so well.

Josh really tried to help with all our queries and was available when we had questions. All the prices were transparent and the unaccompanied test drives were wonderful to get a feel for things

Not very good with IT but found it easy. Car was ready for pickup,when I got there,only had time for a quick coffee and the paperwork and keys were there for me.Young man who dealt with me was courteous. and professional.Car had a wash and the airbag change was successful.
