See my earlier answer. On arrival I was still required to answer exactly the same questions again, so if there is a next time, I’ll book in on arrival. On the day everything was good, but I was disappointed that the on line pre-booking didn’t save me any time when I arrived. I won’t be using that ‘service’ again. Full marks to your new starter though, he was excellent.
