On the day parking was difficult particularly when being picked up after dropping my car off. I was told that my MOT Certificate was in the car ,but on arrival home I found that the documents with the car did not include the MOT. I had to return my car the following day for what appeared to be another MOT. I had to wait about an hour ,but would add that the waiting Facilities and attention I received were excellent.I was told that the Govt. Website was the reason my car had to be returned. The Unit appeared to be very busy ,so I accept that problems can occur ,however I should have been told about the missing MOT Certificate when I first collected the car ,and not have to chase it myself when I arrived home. Thank you for the Service etc ,and I look forward to returning my car for your attention in 12 months.

My experience at Lookers Stockport this time was very good and I was very satisfied. I am resending this survey as I originally didn't notice a short(2 minutes 18 seconds) video report sent to me regarding vehicle health check. A small observation is that the car park at Skoda Stockport would benefit from a little more space if that was possible. It always seems somewhat congested with vehicles and provides limited room to manoeuvre.

We have received Excellent customer service in the last 12 months since buying our Skoda. The team are friendly and helpful and very professional towards the customers. Emma on the desk was very helpful and friendly when booking us in, we were kept informed and notified promptly as soon as our car was ready for collection. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
