Helpful staff, the car I bought was very well presented so I am very happy with my purchase.

An overall excellent experience by helpful and friendly staff. Kept me well informed of progress until I picked up the car which was well presented. Only negative was that on first visit I was asked for a national insurance number before I could test drive. Had to return with it next day only to find it wasn't asked for.

The service was completed on time and a puctured tyre was replaced. Absolutely no issues with this part of Looker's service. However I have to long running outstanding warranty repairs and it is disappointing that after 7 months no progress has been made. The car is in current production as is the trim, upholsetry and colour so why is it proving difficult to obtain a replacement seat cover and a small piece of trim fvor the O/S wing mirror? Being told that Lookers cannot speed up the process of getting the replacement parts/materials delivered is a poor reflection on the customer service provided by SKODA. Do you think this would encourage me to consider SKODA again when I want to replace the car?. The service team have promised to call me in the next week or so to keep me informed - hopefully this will happen. If it doesn't then Lookers will be considered in the same vein as SKODA. A shame because my previous experience with the company has been excellent.
