Gin was a great help

I asked for a courtesy car and I was given a Fabia, my car is a Kodiaq L&K, we have the bigger car because we have 2 small children. The Fabia was too small for the 5/6 days my car was at Stockport. The Fabia was dirty and had MacDonalds rubbish under the seat. It was fine but a lower standard than I was expecting. Carl the adviser was very helpful and kept me up to date with progress.

Locking nuts missing

Vehicle was not washed as I was told the pipe was frozen however there was at least one person washing cars when I collected my car. Disappointing.

Sophie was really helpful getting pre -authorisation for some follow up work that was identified during the vehicle health check. This made rebooking for this week very simple indeed. Good service.
