Require service/reception staff to be more present. Whilst dropping vehicle off no receptionist or service staff at any desk and left waiting for 15mins until Workshop manager attended and dealt with dropping off vehicle.

Overall 10/10 BUT your usual coffee machine wasn’t working so whilst I waited 3 hours for a mot I had to have cold water . Such a shame as it’s usually a very decent cup of coffee

I made a mistake with the day/date of my service and was still accommodated even though I was on the wrong day. Good service with a smile

Your booking system is odd. You get a follow up email to say if your request can be fulfilled, but, I replied to that email and got no response, I also got booked in to the wrong dealer, and it was Sophie at Stockport that sorted it for me (she was brilliant by the way). It'd be much better if you book online and that's it, job done, no follow up or manual intervention.

Ginvile was great. Not too pushy but very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again.

Check that you have the correct phone number for the customer before they leave.

I was not advised about the turnaround of this booking. Because it needed diagnostics first I needed to leave it with you for several hours which I had not planned for. Staff were very apologetic and tried to move the appointment forward. Other than the lackof information I was very satisfied with the service.
