As always, smooth and excellent service throughout. Car went in for its MOT, passed and I wasn't kept waiting that long. Reception kept informed as to what was happening, and the car was washed and valeted on its return!

I was particularly pleased because I had made a mistake concerning the day of my appointment. I turned up on Friday when I should have been there on Thursday. Nevertheless, my car was still serviced much to my satisfaction as it would have been difficult for me to come another time.

I was very impressed with Rubel, and the video he sent me. Very helpful and appreciated. I was also happy that he kept me informed and followed up as he said he would.

Only (minor) thing is that on a couple of occasions the dash information system has incorrectly said a service was due as it wasn't reset correctly at the previous service
