Would have liked to have received reminder about service and MOT via email, had this in previous years

Car was in for a service and has an intermittent SOS fault which I knew needed an update, booked the car in early so both could be done and the SOS update was not done as I live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership I have booked in in closer to home was disappointed it was not done at the same time

Bought a Mazda CX5 from Lookers Skoda Stockport, had an excellent experience thanks to the excellent sales lady Ginville Jarmalaite,

THE ELECTRONIC BOOT WAS NOT WORKING . THE SERVICE MANAGER FITTED ME IN AND WAS VERY HELPFUL . THEY HAVE ORDERED THE PART I AM WAITING FOR A CALL TO SAY THE PART HAS COME IN . HOPE ITS NOT TO LONG AS I CANNOT USE THE BOOT .

Mostly positive experience, but two negative points. One I wasn't contacted by the dealership to say that my car was ready to collect, but since I was going to collect it at closing time I just went there anyway - thankfully it was ready. 2nd negative is that not having a collection and delivery service is a pain, because it means asking to get lift 12 miles away and back twice in the day.

Ginvile from Lookers Stockport was very helpful when we bought our new car - she sent us a personal video of our new car's features and was excellent at dealing with the necessary paper work - well done and thank you Ginville

Just a good overall experience

Overall experience is great from my first car to the 3rd

Bought a very nice Mazda cx5, from Lookers Stockport, the salesperson Ginvile Jarmalaite who i dealt with throughout the transaction, was excellent, every option was explained by Ginvile, cannot praise this lady highly enough.
