Just a little disappointed that I was asked to take the vehicle at 10.00 but no work was started until after lunch. I cancelled an appointment to ensure the vehicle was with you in time but I could have made the appointment had I been aware that the service would not be started until much later.

Apart from a bit of a lack of comms initially I was very happy with the experience. It was a booking for a fault diagnosis which was successful. Your staff made a claim against my extended warranty which accepted responsibility and my car is being repaired tomorrow 14th September. Sophie was the service contact and was very helpful. The car was also cleaned inside and out, so thank you.

Obviously modern signature software progams are preferred over paper but when they go wrong - as they did during the purchase procedures it was a bit inconvenient. Understand the point of sale person has limited responsibility but the regular answer to a question with "I'll check with my manager" was irritating - but Lookers are no different from many other motor trade dealers - seems like an industry practice. Why not rise above the rest - show your trust in the salesperson, improve training, delegate responsibility etc, You know how to treat staff.

I booked on line but received no acknowledgement so I rang to check. For some reason there was no record of my online booking so I booked over the phone. I think I should have then received a confirmation with the costs that were agreed on the phone confirmed. As costs were never confirmed there was a problem on the day (quickly resolved) as the cost quoted on arrival was £200 more than expected. This could be avoided with a better online experience and complete, timely communication
