Everyone I met was extremely helpful & polite but not pushy which was a delight!

I know time is valuable but when booking the service I felt that I should know about all about the different service options and when I tried to explain my needs, the options were not made clear and was rushed into what option I wanted but when it went into the dealership I couldn't have had any better service, perhaps a little more empathy could be show to us none petrol heads

The problem has not been resolved on the hand brake so it will need to come back in. Due to the inconvenience this will cause I will need a loan car offered this time whilst my car is being inspected again

Did not get a video but I did not want one. It’s only a first service. Customer parking is not good but it’s a busy cramped site. The young lady who took my keys said it would be the end of the day before it is finished so I went on the train to Manchester. It was ready at 1pm in the end. Really no big issue other than I would have stayed closer. The blonde lady on reception is always nice and helpful , she keeps an eye on everything. I am nit picking, all went well and I was very happy with the service as usual.
