Joshua was extremely helpful and I found him to be very personable, precise with his knowledge and easy to talk to. We almost purchased a vehicle from him but decided at the last minute to go for a hybrid which wasn’t available from Skoda in the size vehicle we required or within our price range.

Sebastian is a great guy. Two cars I’ve bought through him now and I’m sure they’ll be more in the future.

Sebastian Kuczyski was the Sales person we dealt with. He was courteous, helpful and professional throughout the sale. He explained everything to us thoroughly. May I say he was really patient with us as my husband and I are in our 70's and not very computer savvy. He could not have been more helpful and has since telephoned me to see if the car is OK or if we had any queries. We love the car. Sebastian is a credit to you. Lookers Skoda are luck to have him

Better updates on delivery dates would have been appreciated although under current circumstances I understand that this is difficult.

My car had a service but the service wasn't updated in the car and I don't know how to stop the constant service reminder alarm!! Small thing though.....
