Great experience!

All the staff we dealt with (Josh, L'marl and a young trainee whose name we did not catch) were superb at their jobs and a credit to your company.

Was asked if I wished to wait for my car in for an MOT. Ended up waiting for 2hrs20mins which I thought was a lot longer than I expected. May well try somewhere else next time.

Staff attentive and all was done to avoid too long a waiting time.

Did not expect my car to be valet, but much appreciated.

Customer service was great I didn’t receive the VHC video after the car was checked I was told it would be sent next day didn’t receive it but apart from that was great

They could not repair rear number plate light

Excellent experience with Lookers Stockport. My husband bought his car there recently and we were both very impressed by both the sales person Josh and also the manager Ian. On this occasion they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but they were extremely helpful - Jack and manager Ian and they would be our first port of call when we next look for a car.

I was booked in for an MOT @ 1045am. I left at about @ 2.30pm after almost 4hrs for what must be a routine check. I have always had all my 5 Skoda cars since 2006, serviced &MOTd by 3 different Main Dealers, including youselves. This is the only time that the appointment went way beyond what I expected. If you are given a time, I arrived early, for the service booked in my opinion the task should have been started a short while after arrival.

The salesman Jack could not have been more helpful. He was polite and friendly and could not have done more.
