Very helpful member of sales team called Sebastian. Unfortunately the car we would like is not available until next year so we will leave it until then.

All staff friendly and welcoming, very informative about the steps being taken during the course of the service and video of the health check.

The dealer was unavoidably short staffed on the morning of my service, therefore I had to wait longer for my car. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this.

As I live a significant distance from the dealership, the video review of the car was useful. The sales person ( Joshua ) was most friendly, helpful and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business.

When I had the service done, the clip on the cv joint front near side was missing and grease was leaking through the boot. Your service department had replaced the cv joint last year so having discussed this fact the gentleman on the desk, he said they would fit a new one for free so it is booked in for this. I was pleased that this was sorted out so quickly without any discussion,

So far,the latest software appears to have stopped the spurious activation of the emergency telephone facility. Thank you.
