You have not sourced a vehicle as we havent got to that stage yet. We have arranged to contact again after my holiday. I thought the initial video of how to drive the car was very good. I would however liked one video for the basics and an additional one for the additional electric features

Yes. I couldn’t get through to the service department by phone and there was no response to my email. On the day of my service (12/2/22) although staff wore masks inside, the man who brought my car back from the cleaning station was not wearing a mask - although I sanitised my hands when collecting the car I now have Covid and am missing my final week at work after a 27 year teaching career. I’m not saying he’s responsible but safety measures should include everyone in all contexts.

Looking for a new car can be overwhelming however Sebastian was so helpful discussing with us the range of cars available and importantly getting to know what would suit me bets for mileage and economy and lifestyle, he explained all options for finance and service plans so I felt the service was completely personable and all my queries were answered promptly.
