Particularly impressed with the sales executive, Chelsea Baker. She was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, explaining everything in a clearly understandable way. I also liked the "no haggle" process - a much more straightforward way of buying a car.

Overall experience good.Staff are patient and really polite.Booking online(1st time) is easy enough,but a confirmation email would be good.Explanation videos 'were' reassuring but have stopped along with cleaning of vehicle exterior.Still a little confusion over service schedules e.g. use of terminology Major/Minor etc.
