Still not cleaning customers cars after the service because of Covid is pretty poor. Car was supposed to he at least sanitised and it wasn't. Not good enough really.

I don’t have internet connectivity & rely on my daughter to do things on my behalf online. I feel you’re discriminating against older customers who don’t have the internet. I can’t see videos & I wasn’t able to sign the iPad. It made me feel bad, inadequate.
