Beauty is in the detail, the car was very well prepared and presented, however why wouldn’t you update the Satnav?! Trying to download the update hasn’t worked so I’ve just paid £55 pounds for an up to date version, this should have been done by the garage.

Paul Owen did a great job from initial contact to delivery of the car, including coming in on a Sunday for the hand over. Everything was explained clearly, and where Paul was not sure (I bought an Enyaq), he took the time to find out so I had accurate information.

Overall great. But I feel that the gap insurance was pushed a lot. I had 3 calls regarding this from 3 different people. Other than that great customer service and Sebastian kept me updated at all times. Just waiting on the second key and we're done. Thank you

I would really like to thank Sebastian for all of his assistance and support. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and surrounding services and he made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. I was really happy with the car when I arrived to collect it and the after sale support was great, too. Overall, my experience here has improved my impression of car dealerships as my previous experience of buying a Kia at another dealership was much worse.
