Sebastian was brilliant part way through the process of buying a car we had seen online we changed our minds for a few reasons, he wasn't at all fazed. He just smoothly guided us on to a different car, a Skoda Citygo that was glinting at us in the showroom...... after s it in it I decided it was very cute but not big enough for what I needed a car for. Sebastian remembered there was a car n the body shop that fitted with our criteria - showed us photographs of it and we started the process of buying that. Sebastian was, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable not at all pushy or weary with our moment of indecision. Quick shout out to Limahl who was in charge of processing our agreement/agreeing the finance or what ever it is the 'financial bods' do. All in all a very pleasant and satisfactory experience buying a car - Thank you

Having experienced some frustration regarding finding the cause of the problem with my new Scala (relatively minor, but annoying every time I used the car) I was glad of the persistence of the Skoda customer service centre and the help I received from Ian Whittle and his colleague Carol at Stockport in resolving this. I’m now more likely to consider another Skoda than I was a couple of months ago!

The second time around (first car bought was not acceptable) we were dealt with exclusively by the sales manager who could not have been more helpful. We are now quite satisfied with this present vehicle

L'marl has now sold me 3 cars. This latest, I wasn't even considering changing after I bought a brand new car just 1 year ago. I came in with my Father, trying to persuade him to ditch his Mazda!

So I booked a time of 10-15 and arrived around 10am. However I was amazed to find out that the MOT was booked in for 1-30pm according to the Service manager. A very bizarre situation and not at all convenient and not really sure why this was the case. Not communicated at all as far as I can see?

Unfortunately this was my second appointment as you could not confirm my service plan with Emac .I have had this plan since I bought the car from you and I was rather put out to have to reschedule.long service and loyalty don't mean much any more.
