I was asked several times, “What was the reason you are here today?” I was scheduled for fasting Lab work and then an appointment with the doctor. This process was reversed, which is fine. Wouldn’t my records be in the charter as to the reason why I was there? Curious. Doctor looked at my meds sent refills to the pharmacy and listened to my heart and lungs. Dr then said have you seen a cardiologist for the differences in the heart rates. I said I was in aware of that issue, and no response from the doctor.

Nurse had trouble drawing my blood …my vein rolled!! Had to use “butterfly”😱👍

The doctor and nurses were patient with explaining to me if I asked questions that's what l remember most about my visit they're so professional.
