Renting from Lubin Property Management has been a great experience. Lubin is up with the times, offering several convenient options for paying rent. The online portal is easy to navigate and very informative. Not to mention the maintenance department. They are quick to service any needs I might have. Renting with Lubin has been an excellent experience for me.

When I need assistance on anything as far as maintenance issues they come out and fix it. They have the best maintenance worker !!

When we moved to the house in 2015 the carpet needed to be replaced. Instead they only got it cleaned, which that did not help. It was to far gone for cleaning. This is my only complaint at this point. When repairs are needed they are usually performed before the week is up. Lubin is a stand up company.

Lubin Property Management takes care of locating and reviewing new tenants, handles maintenance issues, collects rent, takes the tenant to court if rent is not paid, makes timely deposits into my account after rent is paid, and they send email notifications on rental payment status, maintenance requests and leasing updates. Lubin Property Management makes being a "landlord" seem easy.
