I have used several property management companies in the past and have found Lubin Property Management to be excellent. They are very responsive, great with communication and I find their portal to be extremely helpful.

Maintenance could be better as far as handling issues....The due date for rent is crazy I always get cause but I don't get paid until two or three days later which sucks.

Very diligent, month to month, very responsive when issues arise, very proactive in handling issues before they become issues. What more can you ask?

The maintenance people do a great job. Very professional and explain everything well, and answer all of my questions. They also do a good job fixing everything in a timely manor.
