Great fun great memories

None of the food had any flavor. My husband didn’t even eat his food. Our waitress didn’t explain anything to us. Even when we asked questions about the menu. Really low quality and disappointing. Especially after waiting over 1.5 hours.

We always stop at LuLu’s when at the beach! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Our server, Donnie, was friendly and very attentive, making everything run smoothly. The arcade is a favorite. The whole beachy atmosphere is a great vibe. The only slight hiccup was the live music was a bit loud for some in our party (one under 20.) Great, but loud! Love Lulu’s!!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. I had heard such great things about Lulus and was so excited to try it. Our waiter took over 30minutes to even come back to take our order. Our drinks stayed empty and my ticket was wrong twice even after I told him the kids drinks were included in their meals. I finally gave up and just signed the ticket. I think since we had 10 at our table (two parties of five) he knew he was getting a big tip no matter what and didn’t care.

We were set in the corner at the end of the deck. It was so hot and we couldn’t feel any airflow. The food was good but we were too miserable to eat it. Fans at every table would be nice.

Table service was awful. Food was great and love the atmosphere.

A two and a half hour wait is a bit off putting. The appetizer (onion rings) was over fried and tasted burnt. When the Nachos came out they were soggy and the cheese was hard like they had been sitting out a while. The fish and chips were good. The server was good. Paid a pricy bill for cold food after a two hour wait.

Food was great! Server could have been better. She was concerned with closing duties that she put our ticket with our card on another table while she ran around doing this or that.

The wait was a bit long and the bar only had 1 person at it. Despite that the food was great and our server William was very helpful. He made the experience much better.

We had a large party of 12 but arrived early and were told we had to wait til everyone was there to be seated. We asked to be put on the list but they just told us to wait. Our party was 2 minutes out. After everyone was there then they put us on the list and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Then! We were seated at separate tables putting all of us but four together. We asked to wait to be seated together. They said this was all they had and all we would get. We watched. That was untrue. The small table was finished eating their food before the other table even received theirs. It was awful as we had youngsters. Some of our food was great. Some was absolutely not. The wait for the larger table to receive their food was over an hour. We were very disappointed. Had been looking forward to our visit and it was ruined right out of the gate by a host staff that couldn’t seem to pull together. We spent nearly $500 on our meal. Shame on us. We will not be back and would’ve had a better time at a fast food restaurant where we could’ve at least sat together and enjoyed each other.
