I called ahead and was told there was no wait. It took us twenty minutes to get there and there was a two hour wait. It was hot and seating for those waiting was slim. The whole area felt designed to spend money. The food was just ok. My blackened fish was mushy and less than appetizing. Our waitress was fantastic though. Sarah was wonderful.

Nachos were missing queso, jalapeños and tomatoes. Had to order an extra queso. Very little queso or black beans on them. Appetizers for the table came with the meal instead of before.Server was great, just a poor experience.

Kids had a blast, Albert Simpson is GREAT, food is as good as it has always been, but something was off in service. Food took longer than expected, drinks were empty when it did come & dessert never showed.

Bailey was the best server. The manager went out of her way to check on special food preparation for allergies in our group. I always love to come to LuLu’s for the food, the vibe, and the ton of stuff to do before or after eating. 5 stars!!!

Everything was great until we sat to eat. The service was slow, inattentive, and lacked what the rest of the experience had us expecting. If I go back, it will be because I had the time.

Waited 2 hours for a seat which is understandable because there was a lot of people but it took a long time to get the food after we ordered when the crowd started to die down and the order was wrong as well. It seemed like the first version was thrown in the microwave for too long and they didn’t care how it turned out. Normally we get to go boxes in f we can’t finish but this time it was a hard pass.
