Very disappointed after last summer’s disappointment when the host never sent txt. This year, gave LuLu’s another chance on a not very busy fall night. Host got us seated right near the kitchen door. Server after server walked right by us for 10 mins and NO ONE stopped to ask had we been waited on. Even watched one server standing at the kitchen hen door with her hands crossed and ignored my hand waving for help. So we got up with our 2 Grand kids & left before we even got a glass of water. And we are done and as I walked out told folks don’t waste your time with such horrible service. Now I see why so many tables were open and not being used. Because the wait staff is either once again short staffed or doesn’t give a damn about service.

It was great except the music was a touch too loud . Because with that type of building the music was echoing and making it hard on peoples ears .

Waited 20 minutes to get seated in an empty building, then waited 45 for no food. Had to go find food at 830 pm. Thanks, but no thanks!! And this was not my first time there, we were repeat customers, not any more.

Only heard a couple songs then he took a break. We were leaving when he started again. Might have given an excellent if we had heard more.

Tucker our server was great! He was patient with my 3 little girls as they wanted to give him their order.

Wanted to sit outside but was not an option tonight, which is understandable, probably due to lack of help.Next best thing would have been to sit far from the music because we have someone in our party who cannot hear well, but we were told our group of three wasn’t large enough for one of the four open tables of four on the far side of the restaurant, even though we did wait 30 minutes to be seated.
