The hungriest member of our party’s food didn’t get prepared until after everyone else’s was delivered. Server was nowhere to be found through most of dinner. I get it, it’s the end of the season but we didn’t get an end of season discount. Spent $300 on a meal (would have been more if my drinks were refilled timely) I expect a certain standard of service. 15 minutes to cash out was the cherry on top.

The place looked super cute and I loved the view when eating by the water. The music was nice BUT the food was super late… like the food took like 45 minutes IF NOT MORE to come out and we already had to wait 30 minutes for a table so that means we waited a whole HOUR and 15 minutes to eat… ALSO my Mac & cheese didn’t even taste like Mac & cheese it tasted like a burnt cheese burger. It even had gross burnt burger CHUNKS in it and I can promise you I did NOT order my food like that. My sister’s food came out cold and my aunts food also came out cold. My grandmothers jerk burger had like no jerk seasoning and tasted like a grilled chicken burger. The fries were like the only good thing. Also my gumbo did NOT taste like gumbo and I KNOW what gumbo tastes like. My other aunt was also very disappointed but she was very appreciative that there was a gluten free menu BUT her food was very bland and nothing at all special in fact sad all around

We love Lulu’s!! We come every year! We love the gift shop and the whole atmosphere

It was a great time with wonderful food! Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable, Ellen was her name. Our 1st visit was a family. Won't be our last! Thank you!

We joined the waiting list for 20 minutes. Went to wait at the bar and was literally ignored by the bartender but we Got our table waited after 15 minutes and no one came over. Went to the hostess to ask if the wait staff was aware we were there since no one approached us. She said she would handle it and some one would be with us in 2 minutes. A table right beside us was sat down. Within minutes some one was at there table and took care of them. Needless to say no one came to our table. We left at this point it had been 21 minutes sitting there with no waiter in site. Told the hostess we were leaving due to the neglect. This is unacceptable for a party of Six people to be ignored. Horrible experience won't be back!!!

It was a great atmosphere and experience, food was great! We were family getting together that hadn’t seen each other in a while. It was a little hard to have conversations with each other with the entertainment.
