It took 15 minutes before we even saw our server. Then another 30 for the food. My wife ordered the pot roast sandwich “drippping in aujus” , it was dry and had no flavor. I ordered blackened fish tacos , after some searching I found some bits of non blackened fish, tha salsa was the most bland I have ever had. I don’t usually do these, but I would say by far the worst place I have ever been to, bad food bad service.

Was charged for a meal we did not receive. The waiter did take care of it.

We were outside and my grandkids enjoyed seeing the boats go by. We didn’t real hear any music outside but that would’ve been nice. Our waiter, Daniel was phenomenal!!

Gluten free menu was great, I really appreciated the manager coming out to talk with us. Staff was friendly and took good care of our table.

This was my first bad experience at Lulu’s. When I asked the manager handling my food allergy order where I notified themI have allergies to gluten, soy, and soybean oil, about the Greek dressing, I asked what oil they used in it. If it is house made. That answer should have been easy. I was told if it’s on the Soy allergy page I should be ok. I had to explain that the FDA doesn’t recognize soybean oil as an allergen even though many react to it. She suggested honey mustard. I explained that’s usually got mayonnaise which most of the time has soybean oil.She finally begrudgingly left, we were told, to look and then came back and said it contained Dijon mustard. I explained the mustard isn’t my issue. It’s the oil. What oil is in it? She didn’t look and didn’t offer to go back.Since I had already been to Lulu’s once this week on my vacation I tried something new since I had already had a burger. I got the white fish grilled. When the food finally came, it was a soggy thin piece of fish with what seemed like the same seasoning as comes on the blackened and it was definitely not grilled. It didn’t even seem very cooked. There was no crisp to it from frying in a pan.I’m not going to let this one bad experience deter me from coming back, but I would hope that in the future, managers know simple answers like what oil is used in the kitchen and if a food ordered isn’t able to be cooked using the style requested, it is explained to the customer.

First off, wait time was minimal for as large of a crowd as was there. Hostess was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere and food is second to none as always. Live music was perfect for the night. Now the highlight of the evening was Daniel as his service was outstanding! He was not only courteous, but knowledgeable with excellent recommendations as to what to order and patient with my fiance, as she has food allergies. Our drinks were refilled before we asked and he checked up on us making sure we were not in need of anything all while not interrupting our meal repeatedly, as most servers are prone to do. Overall, fantastic experience dining as always when we are there!

Food was awesome with the exception of the shrimp and grits which had a pice of plastic from whatever source the food came from. Did not bother our server with it because it was discovered at the tail end of the meal and the poor guy got stuck with a couple of tables of ball players.

Our experience was great! We were seated outside, so the live music wasn’t super audible or engaging, but it looked like people inside were having a good time. Our server, Adrian I think, was wonderful. We came to Lulu’s because of the allergy-friendly menus and it was SO helpful that he was knowledgeable about ingredients and willing to check with the kitchen about questions we had. The food was excellent and we were all so glad we visited!

We couldn’t find the bags for corn hole. Food was ok but not great. Fried green tomatoes were good. Fried okra was same a frozen from Pic Sweet brand that we have often. Bowls with yellow rice, collards, were fair. My fish was not cooked completely and had to be sent back which took a while. I wish they had at least taken that off the bill (213.00 bill total). Would have been nice. Our waitress was very good. The shrimp and grits was enjoyed by person in our party. One burger was raw. Another was cooked well and yummy. Food quality overall is ok for a “fun” place to eat. I probably wouldn’t return. It was too touristy and we are “local” only hour away from beach.
