When asked, I volunteered that one adult guest had a shellfish allergy. When our waiter took the orders of the other 4 guests, we were told that his manager would have to take the order of the allergic guests. We waited 30 minutes and no manager showed up. Now wE had been waiting 45 minutes for a table and another 30 minutes for this imaginary manager. We bad twice asked why we were waiting only to be told that the manager had to take the order of the allergic guests to insure safe preparation of his food. Meanwhile the other 4 guests had placed their orders 30+ minutes ago. The allergic guest said “I’m not ordering anything“ so when the manager finally gets there after another 5-10+ minutes, I told him that he lost some business because the allergic guest was not ordering anything! To please make sure our other orders were promptly placed. In a non-tourist location. We would have all left the table. But having invested over 2 hours waiting for service that never came, we waited again. When the food arrived for the other 4 guests, it was ok- not outstanding nor worth the wait!! The manager had comped my bill $21, which was about half of my bill, but there was no compensation for the other 3 guests in our party. They had also been inconvenienced by this breakdown in communication which resulted in a extraordinary delay in our dinner plans. and they too should have been compensated.

Our waitress Abby was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.

We had to wait over an hour for our entrees after the appetizers came out. The kids had fun, but it was just too long waiting for the food.

The wait to be sat wasn’t that long. The ticket time on food ran a bit longer than expected. The women’s restroom had water on the floor with fans in there A foul musty odor. The floor down where we were sitting was wet and we had to walk through a big puddle to get to our table Our server was friendly and efficient We had to ask for refills for kids drinks the food was good when we got it.

Very good service we had a great time

You had plenty of empty tables but they made sure we waited the whole plus hour before we were seated. When asked about how much longer the hostess said " we said an hour and it's only been 49 minutes!", nice response especially when you have many empty tables you can clearly see.Server wasn't the most pleasant. Food wasn't of the quality we had experienced previously.Not sure we would come back when we visit in September, sadly.

Lulus was great! It was our first time and the team from start to finish were ao helpful. We had a large party and they got us on the list with smiles! During the wait time we lost have of our party (like herding cats) and they were very kind and accommodating. I can't express in words more how the staff was kind instead of rude in that situation. I was impressed. Our server was equally nice and fun she did a great job with everything.

Overall it was a great experience, but as we sat at our table the service got worse and worse. We ordered drinks from bar and it would take over 20 minutes to get them and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. The grouper was great but we we waited for about 2 hours.

It took 3 hours from our initial check-in until our food was served. Food was cold and unseasoned, drinks were watery and the only positive was the friendly bar service. We’ve been coming here since you opened but we can pay a private chef to prepare phenomenal food for less price than the mealy mush you sold us tonight - with ridiculously drawn-out service and no kids activities (understandably due to weather, but still a huge disappointment).

Everything was great! Food, service, and atmosphere! server was great! Tucker was our waiter!
