We waited 20 min over the 45 min wait time. Then they were out of the fish of the day- told us they’d change it then came back 15 min later to “update the order.” Had to leave without food d/t having kids that needed bed time after a 3 hour experience….

Food was very slow coming out I know things are busy but, 1.5 wait to get table then over an hour to get food.

There was no music for a long time and the fries were cold.

Food took longer than normal. But overall good experience

We waited forever for a table and then when we sat down waited even longer and on the service. 3 hours round trip for some chicken tenders. Awful

Food was cold and lack luster

We were seated at 630, ordered food at 640 and our food did not arrive till 750. And most of it tasted like it was sitting under a warmer. My nachos had hardened to the point could not separate chips. Guacamole was warm, onion rings cold. The waitress was pleasant and apologetic to point had to bring out free chips and salsa without is even complaining about the wait. Everyone who was in our section finished their meals before ours arrived even those who were seated after us. The time spent there was not worth it. The only good thing was the waitress.

Everything except the waitress was great. She went missing for very long periods of time without what we had previously asked for

The waitress was fantastic! We needed serval sauces and she seriously was the sweetest running back and forth for them. We also had a food allergy the manager took the order, delivered food and it was literally out at the same time as the rest of the food. Above and beyond and it’s so nice when u have food allergy’s. Makes the experience so much more enjoyable.

We had a large group (baseball team and parents). Everyone had a great time. Some of us even closed it down. Diana waited on our boys and she was wonderful! She updated me on them several times. Our server was Jordy, not as good as her. We had 7 adults drinking and he didn’t come back often enough. Even had a few people wanting more drinks and he brought the bills without us asking for them🤷🏻‍♀️
