Love the atmosphere, music, the outdoor area to play games, and the waiter was very polite and great person! Will visit again!

Music was good but loud impairing conversation

Food was outstanding. Our server, Shawn, was awesome! Enjoyed the music very much.

Gave my credit card to my server to run at the end of the meal. She ran my card. Gave me the book back with receipt and no card. They looked for the card for 45 mins. I left with no card. So yeah, I’ve had better experiences elsewhere.

It was our first visit to Lulu's. There were 13 of us ranging from 91 to 1. Everyone had a wonderful time. We will definitely return.

The food was amazing! The music was great! The server was exceptional! Only issue was the very long wait (over 1 hr and 30 minutes which was expected wait time) then to be sat at the back furthest table outside away from all the fun, passing multiple open tables.

We were seated right in front of the band which was very loud. The waitress was not very nice…we couldn’t hear her and she couldn’t hear us. My husbands order was wrong…wrong food. But we had waited almost 2 hours for it. Our appetizer took an hour. I ordered a specialty drink which took almost 2 hours. We were there 3 hours after waiting an hour for a table. 3 hours to get a meal and then it was wrong. It is a busy place and we expected that but waiting that long for a drink and appetizers is too much. We were polite …being rude only makes it worse. But we had a terrible waitress. I had to ask a bus boy for a too go box. All than with the wrong food. It was 9:00 when we got our food and things had slowed down. The band was finishing up. The rudeness from our waitress was uncalled for.

From hostess to server to waitress and atmosphere, it was a great experience and will be back soon! Definitely our go-to spot for great food and entertainment. The entire team was hustling.

Waited 40 minutes which was okay, we were told it would be a wait. That's ok the hostess was so nice. We came for our anniversary to see Julio and the saltines. We were seated on the porch as far away from the band as possible in the sun 🌞 in the heat. When we were seated we ask the waitress if we could get a closer table because we came to see the band. I guess, the supervisor came to our table and said she could understand how people could be DIFFICULT because of the heat. I ask was I being difficult? Where did that insult come from. So I I said we were fine and and seat in the heat and enjoyed our anniversary without listening to the band
