It was terrible. I am 71 years old and could not get an alcoholic beverage because I didn’t have my license. Manager Lee lied to me and told me it’s a SLED law that they have to card everyone. That is not the law. The law states if a patron is 30 or younger they have to produce ID. If a person is 71 and obviously well over 21 the restaurant should use discretion and can serve the 71 year old. It is a LuLu company policy to card everyone - NOT the state law. I think it was absolutely ridiculous for me as a 71 year old to have to produce ID. Since I couldn’t enjoy an alcoholic beverage with my dinner we left and went elsewhere - where I was NOT asked for ID. Your restaurant lost a good amount of money tonight since my party of 6 left.Funny thing is I have eaten there before and not been asked for my license.

Peggy our waitress was wonderful. So pleasant and friendly. Would definitely return. Even your front end when making the reservation. All professional under very busy conditions. Truly all professionals. Thank you Peggy!

We checked in at 6:03 pm. Seated at 7:00pmWe waiting an hour on our food and one of the hamburgers was supposed to be cooked medium, but it was raw.

Contracted either salmonella or cyclosporiasis from a chicken Caesar salad and have been sick every day since.

We were sat at the hottest table and our waitress went missing. When she finally came back she said she’d had a family emergency. That’s too bad if that was the case, but she also about dropped a tea on one of us she seemed so mad. We are patient ppl and come here multiple times a year. This time was just really really bad. Food came without silverware, husband had to get a beer from the bar because the wait was so long…

We arrived on a Weds. at 6:45pm. We were given a 60 minute wait time for 4 adults and a highchair. After an hour and 15 min. we were told by the hostess that the highchair placement was the problem. After waiting for 60 minutes, we asked if we could at least get the child's order, we were told it wasn't ready. When the order finally arrived, one order was barely warm.

We waited over an hour to get seated. Our server brought our drinks out and did not come back to our table for more than an hour. We sought out a manager, who didn’t care either. We ordered our food with our drinks. When the food came, 2 kids meals, 2 burgers and 1 taco, it was cold. No apology..no sorry. Here’s the bill. We come into South Carolina every 4-6 weeks and this was always our first stop. This is by far the worst service/attitude we’ve ever experienced! Maybe have some of the teens standing around at the front help with customers.

Our waiter was great. We waited over an hour for a table and then we waited a very long time for our food. One of our family members had a plastic bread tie in their food. The waiter and management took the food off our bill overall the experience was not great . Management was walking around when they should have been in the kitchen that was way backed up and assisting them..

We were ok with the 50 min until we could get a table, which was accurately quoted. We spent some time at the arcade and gift shop. However, once seated at 7 pm it took an hour and 20 min for the entrees to arrive. We finished up around 9. This was an awfully tough wait for 2 children who were hungry at 6.2 people in our party ordered the shrimp and crab gumbo. One a cup and one a bowel. Both the cup and the bowl had 3 pieces of shrimp each. The bowl while more expensive and larger size did not have more shrimp. There was no crab in their gumbo either.

Satisfied with food. Wait was longer than told, but our waiter was amazing and handled the situation very well. No complaints
