We waited over an hour for our food so we left as we had little ones needing to go to bed. We have been here 15+ times and we love the food and ambiance but may be losing us as customers with the wait time

We had Daniel as our waiter, he was excellent.Food was great and overall just a fun , enjoyable dinner

Our party of 7 was seated at 7:02PM. We saw several people walking around in LuLu shirts, however none spoke to us. At 7:25, we stopped a server who was serving the tables on both sides of us to ask if he was our server. He said, No, I’ll find them.” A hostess walked by who also said she would find our server. At 7:35, my husband went to get a manager. At 7:39, our server approached our table. He was very obviously in the weeds. The disappointing part of this scenario is the lack of management or team support to help him get out of the weeds. And, lack of effort to save the customer experience. At 7:59, we still had no drinks so four of us went to the water station at the bar to get water for the table. Drinks arrived a few minutes later. At 8:25, we still didn’t have food, two members of our party left. Our food arrived at 8:46pm. Food quality was lacking. The toast with the shrimp and grits appeared toasted while being cold to touch. The only positive of this evening was the musician. He was fabulous!

Food was great! Service was good but definitely strained. Our server was great and did the best he could but you could definitely tell they were understaffed. Our waiter was constantly running and the food took a long time to come out. It was great when it did but it took a long time for us and others. Scenery was gorgeous! Great place, great food but understaffed

Slow service. Way too long of a wait. Food came out cold

Our server Hannah never gave us refills, we waited nearly 2hrs after ordering only for our food to come out cold, she was not very apologetic and the manager was very nonchalant about the experience. Very disappointed and I have been a server for years so I typically am very empathetic in these scenarios.

We did wait an hour to be seated and that was expected. The server, James, was so friendly and helpful with ordering. He was really patient and great with my kids. The food did take about an hour after ordering to come out which is longer than expected. The guy, Andrew, playing guitar was awesome. My kids loved watching him sing and play.

Ridiculous wait time for food after we were seated. Any goodwill evaporated by the time we were finally served. Bread on the sandwich was rough and tasteless. Have been here multiple times and this was then worst visit hands down. Will have to consider if it is worth the trip back.

Waiter never came and checked on us or filled drinks 1.5 hr later no food

On hour wait for a table- ok- one and a half hour wait for food- not ok. My wife's food came roughly 20 minutes after everyone elses. I got the chicken tacos and for $17 it was extremely small.
