The waitress was amazing honestly that was the best part they didn’t play music during our meal they started playing again as we were leaving the food was ok the fries tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as the fish we didn’t care for that at all

Waiter Paul was great. Chicken tacos were cold when they came and didn't have the same flavor that it usually has. Almost like it was not in the marinade or wasn’t in it long enough.

Overall an ok experience. Started with a 55 minute wait to be seated, even though there appeared to be quite a few open tables. Then it took almost 90 minutes from the time we sat down to get our food. Overall the food was good…not great, but for the money about what I would expect. Not cheap but definitely reasonable for a vacation town

My server Sonja was wonderful and made my bday memorable. She surprised me with a brownie and ice cream! The atmosphere, music and food was excellent! That guy in the guitar was really good!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience tonight. It was our last night in town, and we were hoping to enjoy one final family meal together. Although we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for more than 20 years, this was our first time dining at Lulu's.After waiting an hour and a half to be seated, our server informed us that the restaurant was out of French fries, Coke, mac and cheese, milk, and oysters. We were also told that if we wanted to substitute a side salad, there would be an additional charge. We understood these issues were not our server's fault, and we did not want to take our frustration out on her.The service was much slower than we expected. Because of the size of our party, we had to be split between two tables. One table received their meals while the other waited an extended period of time. One meal never arrived, and we had to ask our server about it before it was finally brought out. When we requested our check, we were told a manager was needed, which resulted in yet another delay.Overall, this was not how we had hoped to spend our last evening together in Myrtle Beach. Our server remained polite and did her best under what appeared to be very difficult circumstances, and we appreciate her efforts. However, the overall experience fell well below our expectations, and we felt it was important to share our feedback in the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests.
