Food was great. Singer was outstanding server was very good

It was wonderful! The service was great and the food was yummy.

Poor timing of food, several customers came in after us and they received their meals before my family.

We used to love coming here every year, but I’m not sure we’ll come back. There were multiple mistakes on our order which took about an hour to arrive at our table. The food was okay, but I noticed something “off” about my roast sandwich. Seemed like a soapy taste or something. Anyway, not to say we will never be back, but probably not gonna be at the top of the list for next year.

Great service, food, and family environment. Enjoyed our experience.

Food was cold for one of our friends and not prepared the way written on the menu. When waitress was asked she said she was getting the manager and manager refused to come over. So to rate customer service would be a 0.

Server was MIA more than she was doing her job. Food was awful. Overcooked chicken, chewy fish, burnt gumbo roux, not even close to being blackened….blackened shrimp, etc, etc. $140+tip for the terrible service and garbage food was enough for us to never return. This should be considered fraud and charges should be filed. Straight robbery.

Food was excellent!! Service was great! Noise level made it tough for our party of 8 to talk.

Well after waiting an hour for a table we place our order and have to wait another hour for the food. The waiter tells us the kitchen crashed. And then when the food finally comes it's cold. This place was recommended to us by the hotel but very bad!! Very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.
