The server was good the band was good that was about it. We waited 45 mins for a table which we understood but then waited an hour for food. The restaurant was out of almost everything Fries Coke probably 10 different things I guess the truck comes tomorrow. Would of been helpful to let people know before they wait 45 mins for a table.

We were seated as a party of 10 with 6 children at two separate round tables. We were seated at 8:45 pm and were not told they were out of the sides that accompany the kids meals (fries, Mac and cheese) until our drinks were brought to the table and our waitress took our order after walking away from our table several times without letting us know she would come back to take out order. After ordering, our food did not come out until an hour and a half after being seated and one of the children’s hamburgers was missing and another of the children’s burgers were supposed to be on a gluten free bun but came out on a regular bun. Very unpleasant experience. After my husband spoke with the manager, our food was discounted at 50% and was appreciated, but we will not be back. .

Waited over a hour to find out with three small children in our party that they were out of French fries, mac and cheese, and coke. With an autistic child w strong food preferences this was disappointing but we stayed because at this point it was after 8 and had to feed the kids.

1st you had no coca cola, or French fries, or the beer my wife ordered and we weren't told about the coke and fries until we waited an hour for a seat. The quesadilla had uncooked veges in it. Food gas declined since last visit

Was told 50 minutes wait . Actually was 60 minutes, my burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Husband wanted to order the fried crabs only to be told they had been taken off the menu. Other guest had peel & eat shrimp said they were too tough to eat .

I appreciate the attempt to have a specific menu for allergies. Very thoughtful.However, GF menu needs some tweaking.6 grilled chicken tenders with no flavor and no much of a sauce with dry rice is pretty boring.I think that could use attention.GF Chips and queso was ok.Chips were stale.

Waitress was super sweet and kind, food to a little longer due to the kitchen being busy, but when it came out my burger was super rare. Was unable to eat it and after waiting over 1 1/2 hours for food, my toddlers were not going to wait for anymore for mom to eat.

It was awful. Our server was great but everything else was terrible. We waited 50 minutes for a table then another 90 minutes before we left without a meal. Also we were told no more FF. WTH. How does that even happen. We are on locals but we had family visiting. I do not think I will love a comeback. It was a horrible experience.Do better.

It was terrible!! We sat 2.5 hours until we were told that they werent sure when our food would be done. We never got our food!!

It was a busy night which was to be expected in a beach town. We were seated in about 45 minutes and had no issue waiting to be seated. Our issue was that our main food took 1.5 hours to come out with zero explanation. We ordered a few appetizers to start and our waitress actually went to kitchen to get them for us after it seemed to take a while. Then we sat and sat. The music was great but after our first initial alcohol drinks for my husband and myself we were never asked if we wanted another.The food came out finally but no apologies or explanation as to why the wait. It was obvious the kitchen was overwhelmed because we did not see any food coming out of the kitchen. Some of the food was cold from sitting and other food was very hot. My husband ordered shrimp and grits and it was delicious along with the hush puppies and a side salad. My son and daughter both ordered chicken tenders with mac n cheese. My daughter’s friend ordered the chicken sandwich with mac n cheese. My daughter’s chicken and mac n cheese was just barely warm. I ordered the fish sandwich blackened and except for the roll it was delicious! When we sat down the waitress tood us a list of menu items that they were out of. Fries and sweet tea seemed odd to be out of especially when sandwiches usually come with fries on the menu. How does a southern restaurant run out of sweet tea? That was disappointing to our kids. Overall we liked our food but after a total of 3 hours the family was just done. Our teens enjoyed volleyball afterwards.This was our first time at LuLu’s and I don’t think we would go back except for drinks or a less busy time of year.
