We waited 45 minutes to get a table which was perfectly fine but once we got there we waited over an hour and a half for our food until we were told the kitchen “crashed” and we were welcome to leave. Our server checked on us maybe once and didn’t tell us what was happening till we asked. A different server had come and gave us refills and free chips and queso but that was after we had waited 90 minutes.

We were there for an hour and half and never got our food. We have small children and left because the waitress let us know she had know way of knowing if we would ever receive our order because there the folks in the kitchen stopped making food and she didn’t know why.

Ran outta food but would give another shot

It took two hours for us to get seated and get food on a Wednesday night. Our family didn’t really care but there was one lady yelling at people lol

Sucked ass

We waited over 1 1/2 hours for food. They were out of French fries and Coke, the service was slow and the staff was unapologetic for the poor experience

We were very disappointed that Lulus was out of Coke and French fries, and that our food took over an hour to come out.

Horrible experience. Sat for 1:15 for food. Finally server tells us the computer had problems. She never checked on us. Had to wave her down twice to figure out what was going on. We left without eating. Awful experience

Y’all owe me money. 2 hrs to be told my order was lost and system “crashed”, however the bar had no issue charging me 30$. Thanks tho we’ll never be back!!
