It was out 5th trip to lulus and out last !!!! It was awful!!!

Sean and Tom, both from the bar area, were great. Sean took care of us at our table and had great recommendations and had a great demeanor.

There was food and dirty silverware under my table. Server was very bad. Took 20 minutes to get a refill of water.

Food was great ! Price was great and our waitress was great Jenn helped guide us through what to order several things were out of stock .

The long wait wasn’t worth the food/experience. Disappointed in the service as well.

Food was great but took over 1 hour after we ordered to be delivered. And that was after waiting almost 1/2 hour to get a table.

Food low quality-over fried dishes-service slow and not busy in restaurant, given bench seating after requesting chairs

Amelia the host was rude, cold & not friendly. Lunch at 3pm on a Wed the restaurant was half empty but a 25 minute wait. Once seated it took 15 minutes for a server to show up. Yet there were at least 20 employees walking around, some standing around doing nothing.The chips were stale, queso was terrible. The blackened fish was not blackened at all, lacked flavor. The experience was terrible. Just a tourist trap.

Food came out cold. Service was terrible. Waitress was slow and did not smile. Manager was responsive once notified.

Server was great. Food was a little slow. Music was great. Margaritas and mudslide were fantastic. Children had a great time.
