Eat here often on our trip to Myrtle. On 9/5, the service was pretty poor. It was about an hour after being seated before we received our appetizers and the onion rings were cold. Chips and salsa was the other app so don’t understand what took so long. Then dinner took forever to come out and daughter’s order was completely wrong. Very disappointed in this experience and heard the same from some others we passed as we walked out.

We had a great time. It was a great vibe!

Most of us enjoyed our food. The music was fine. Our server was fantastic and so helpful.

Well, your restaurant used to be one of our favorite destinations to visit while in Myrtle Beach. However, due to the menu changing to lower quality foods. We feel that the food does not justify the price that you are charging. Due to these changes we will more than likely not be visiting Lulu’s again.

Over an hour long wait to get in, then another hour to get our food which some of it was cold and not as good as I was expecting. After waiting an hour to get the cold food the items that were cold were removed from the bill and that was it. Waited 2 hours and left still hungry

5th visit to LuLu's and we weren't disappointed! Server did a great job!

Had the grilled fish and it was too spicy for my taste. Food did not come out together so my wife was nearly done by the time my food arrived.

Husband got gumbo and fried green tomatoes and hasn't quit talking about how delicious it all was. I got chicken quesadillas and it did not have much flavor.

Best server ever, worst experience I’ve had from a Disney resort guest service manager. Worst seating, manager was not accommodating, out of food, drinks were sub par, food was slow to leave kitchen, atmosphere was terrible, entertainment felt somewhat on repeat; felt like I left a Disney attraction with the gift shop. Had higher expectations with the brand, family, and experience at Margaritaville.
