Poor service. Would not return because of how bad we were cared for

We were seated to a dirty table. I asked one of the staff members, to help us clean around the table and he was more than obliged. I believe he was the controller with the iPad standing in front of the patio entrance. After being sat, we waited close to 15 minutes while other servers walked around us in the section. With 3 young children, that we're hungry from the start, we decided to leave. We wish we could have tried the experience, yet the service was not up to standard by any means.

No crab nachos

Mckenzie was our server and she was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu which was great because our family asks a lot of questions. She was very tentative to our table and able to anticipate our needs. All the food was seasoned to perfection and very tasty. We will definitely be back again the next time we're in Myrtle Beach.

The breading on the shrimp and the fish was too dark and on the oysters they need to be nice golden Brown and it was cold. The music was great. The server Tucker was awesome. I gave him a five stars.

Waited over the time we were quoted, wasn’t sat until I reminded the host of our wait time. Was sat and then was never greeted by a server. Food took forever, came out wrong. And was mediocre at best. Only good thing was the server that picked up our table was very nice and helpful.

Our family had a blast and we loved the view of the marina!

The service was great and loved the atmosphere, but my jerk chicken had no flavor and was very tough to bite and chew,Not tender at all.

everything good but there are two girls at reception that are so rude we had a disabled person and just trying to get a table for 12. two girls young yes but even giving me dirty looks because we are trying to organize this one actually rolled her eyes at me a young black girl with a low bun. i wasn’t being rude but she certainly was i even said that to the ice girl that seated us
