Even though I need to take it in, I’m confident in Mitsubishi’s customer care and service quality. I appreciate that the brand stands behind its vehicles and provides support when it’s needed. Knowing that I can count on a professional and responsive service team gives me peace of mind.Looking forward to getting everything checked out and back on the road. From offering my son snacks, coloring books/crayons, to explaining to me what I need to make a priority next on my vehicle and what could wait and replacing my key fob battery with zero issues....I appreciated it all.The service folks at the check-in desk are always great to work with.

The recommended repairs on an estimate are not what’s named in the services to select online. I called and spoke with a real person to make the fluid flush appointment. Hopkins Honda’s service scheduling website was much easier to find the exact services I needed for my daughter’s car. Please make Luther Mitsubishi’s service scheduling website better.My service advisor was great
