The recommended repairs on an estimate are not what’s named in the services to select online. I called and spoke with a real person to make the fluid flush appointment. Hopkins Honda’s service scheduling website was much easier to find the exact services I needed for my daughter’s car. Asked for car wash and my car wasn't washed at time of service. Given sat there so long for an oil change, I didn't want to go back inside to let them know my car didn't get washedNeed more appts available after 4pm for small jobs such as oil changes for those that work Monday through Friday. Given it is so hard to get a weekend appt1 of the service reps saw me standing there waiting to be assisted and did not approach me. Finally another service representative appeared to assist me with check in.

The sales pitch on the warranty was a little bit frustrating. I pushed back on what I was trying to be sold and then suddenly I was provided with another option that wasn’t there in the first place.Nick was excellent!
