I have been to several dealerships over the years to have service done on my vehicles. The service staff at Luther does not try to sell or push services/products that my vehicle doesn't need, and that is a sigh of relief. Plenty of other dealerships have pushed services/products that weren't necessary, and at an inflated cost, then offered the option of "trading the vehicle in to get a new one instead". I have never been pressured like that here, and hope I never will.The service staff are always friendly and respectful. I never feel like I am being treated poorly or unfairly.

Great service. I rated it a 9 because I believe the customer service lounge lacks proper snacks for its customers. Could offer donuts and fresh fruit. Allow customers to watch other TV channels other than HGTV.

The only suggestion I would have for improvement is transparency about pricing. When I called to make the appointment, I was told that they didn't know the price. It may be that that person was sales staff instead of service staff, but a list of services and discounts given to everyone making appointments would address this.Excellent and affordable that was timely. The staff were very helpful as well.
