The first gentleman I encountered was kind of rude and made it clear my arrival was inconvenient for him. Then the service advisor I worked with previously (Kyle, I think is his name) walked in and was amazing.The service advisor I worked with was so helpful and kind! I hate dealing with car issues because I feel incompetent and he was so friendly and immediately put my at ease!
