The valve stems were out of stock on the first visit. Second visit, one week later, is when the tire machine did not properly balance the tires.Waited 2 hours for tires to be balanced.The tire unbalanced issue could of been resolved if a test drive had been done. I felt it as i was driving away on the highway. I did not return due to the time of day (the service department was closing). And if the Service Rep knew the tire machine was not properly balancing tires, you should have called me the next morning, to bring it back in to fix what you had done improperly.Was not offered to schedule the next visit.Service is generally good but the last visit was not good. Tires were not balanced properly after valve stem replacement. I was told when I returned the next day, that the tire machine wasn't working properly the day my tires were done!
