Wonderful as alwaysThe advisor, Kyle is always very kind and professional. Service is reasonable, no pressure and they do a great job. My most recent issue was a bit of a mystery, clunking noise. The technician was determined to find the problem, and after 2 hours and lots of head scratching, discovered there was a piece of a broken TPM sensor bouncing around in my tire, clanking against the inside of my rim. I really appreciated his determination so I didn't leave with an anxiety enduring noise and no answers. They are so good, I travel 3 times as far as my nearest Mitsubishi dealership to Brookdale. Cannot say enough good things about the service!

Original sales person was not great. Mark Hagman was great. Process was simple. Everything was as described. No one tried to be sneaky (unlike every engagement I have ever had with Walser).

Most of the saturday dates were filled. I still don't understand why I made my appt. with Mitsubishi and when I got there, I was told their service wasn't open on Saturday. I have had service done on saturday's before. He didn't bother to update me at all. I had to go ask what was taking so long. He sent me a text update as I was standing there talking to him. He could have told me from the beginning they were short staffed but he didn't.The mechanic had been drinking coffee in my car and left the cup in the cup holder. It was also, definitely not in a timely manner. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 2.5 hours. Especially when you have an appointment.I have never had an issue with the Mitsubishi service. This was all at the Mazda dealership. The only issue I have with the Mitsubishi service is that I was not informed my appointment was moved to Mazda and there were no signs on their service door. If I'm making an appointment with Mitsubishi, that is who I want to do my service. Not someone else.It was fine. I was fed up at that point and just wanted to leave. I did not appreciate getting into my car and finding an empty coffee cup. Or finding that they had not replaced the valve cap like I had asked.I expected to have my car serviced at mitsubishi. I pulled up to the door like I always do. It didn't open. I sat there wondering what was going on. Finally after about 5 minutes someone came up to the car and said their service was closed and I needed to go to the Mazda service. Why wasn't I informed of this when making the appointment? Why wasn't there at least a sign on the door?
