I've always felt very safe and comfortable here! The staff are very friendly and the rent is very reasonable. And in the three years I've lived here you've always lowered the rent and never raised it. Also the staff were very supportive during my transition. I've recommended you to several friends of mine looking for a new apartment.

$200.00 rent increase at 1st anniversary living here. Then $50.00, I fear continued increases!
